Cancellation policy We appreciate some un-avoidable events may crop up that could effect your booking however we request where possible that clients provide us with at least 48 hours notice to cancel or re-schedule an appointment. We take deposits for colours or big jobs, we expect 48hrs notice to cancelling otherwise deposit is UNREFUNDABLE. No-showing appointments numerous times can lead us to not book you in again.
